Reusuable Resources ADVENTURE Center
The Center is located behind West Melbourne School for Science in Florida. Here businesses have donated materials and educators can choose some of these reusable resources to use in classrooms, child care facilities, summer camps, at community events and other places where people may experience open-ended play.
This is the place where the fun begins. Choose your materials for self active play right here. Because of the generosity of our business partners, you will discover interesting pieces left over from manufacturing processes, paper and office materials or off cuts, caps and sticks, and plastic containers, and shapes and sizes and colors to tempt the imagination–which is exactly what they are intended to do.
The joy of the Reusable Resources Adventure Center, supported by our partners, is that you can walk out with a huge bag of exploratory choices for just $5. That’s a big bag of inspiration–and play adventures.
Membership Option: We offer individual or family annual memberships to the Reusable Resources Adventure Center for $35.00. Your 1st bag of recycled goodies is free. Each additional bag: $2.00.
Inquire about an Organization Membership so that all teachers, in a day care center as an example, can come in for a free bag of materials every visit.
We offer shipped Play Kits of a variety of pre-selected, pre-packaged materials in combination with award-winning Dr. Drew’s Blocks.
