Play Experiences and Special Needs

Children learn and develop through play. Every child can benefit from self-active play with open-ended materials.

Providing play experiences for an individual child with physical disabilities or other special needs helps the child self-discover, learn, invent, grow in self confidence and build up tools of resiliency from within.

It’s up to us to offer ways in which all children can be included, and to recognize that every child has a unique contribution to make.

Ask about:

  • Play training for teachers and parents in support of children with physical disabilities and other special needs is available.
  • Play experiences for groups of children can be customized.
